We were taking a walk while the girls were at their friend’s house. We walked around the big block. When we were on our street, we met the Lehmans. They were holding a huge, big tree!

Mark and I went over to help carry the tree to their front door. Then we helped measure it.  Mr. Lehman and I chopped off the lowest branch.  They said I could take it home.  I went home carrying the tree over my shoulder!

We are going to make a bird Christmas tree because we haven’t done it for awhile. You tie a ribbon all around a big limb. Then you hang it up so the birds have their own Christmas tree. They hide in it when they eat the food we give them.
